Prices are inclusive of VAT and UK duty and are valid at the time
of printing. Prices may change (up or down) at any time. However,
telephone, mail, or internet customers will be informed of any increases
or substantial decreases before their orders are accepted.
Discounts are offered through our “Partners in Wine” points
scheme.
Payment should be made by Credit or Debit Card (except Diners
Club) at the time of ordering or by cheque made out to “Heaton Wines
Ltd”.
Local delivery is free in the Romsey, Winchester and Eastleigh
areas for orders of 12 or more bottles (which can be mixed) or of value
greater or equal to £70. Smaller deliveries will incur a delivery
charge of £7.50. National delivery (outside the local area) is
free for orders of 36 or more bottles (which can be mixed) or of value
greater or equal to £210. Smaller deliveries will be charged at £10.00
per case. Charges for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish
Islands may vary. Post for items suitable for delivery by post
may be charged at cost.
Missing or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of
receipt. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it
within 3 working days, please inform us.
Substitution of wines that are out of stock will generally only
be done with your approval. If a wine ordered is out of stock, we shall
make every reasonable endeavour to contact you to discuss alternatives.
In exceptional circumstances, where we cannot contact you in a
reasonable timescale and where we do not have relevant instructions from
you, we may substitute out-of-stock wines with wines of a similar
character and price.
Faulty wines will be replaced or a rebate given.
