The house was founded in
Ammerschwihr at the beginning of the 17th century by Jean-Baptiste
Adam, who was himself a renowned gourmet and wine-grower. This
expertise and passion has been handed down throughout the
generations.

sample Adam wines.
Each bottle harbours not only an
excellent wine but also four centuries of savoir-faire and family
secrets which come to us through the mists of time.
Jean Baptiste Adam is demanding
not only of his own grapes' quality but also of the grapes coming
from other estates. By setting strict standards, he creates wines of
very high quality, according to long-standing and traditional
methods.
