Domaine Fourrey et Fils has 19 hectares of vines in
the Chablis area, with 17 in production. Having been passed from father to son,
the estate is now in the hands of the fourth generation. Jean-Luc is in charge
of wine making and his sister, Marie Jo, being responsible for commercial
affairs. The wine making combines the traditional "chablisien" with modern
techniques in order to reveal the local characteristic of the Chardonnay grape.
